At LumiSKLØ, we favor a clear, professional, and transparent approach, from material selection to final installation.
Here you will find essential information regarding the delivery, pickup, warranty, and returns of our glass products, aluminum products, and coatings.
Glass Products
Glass products can be purchased with or without installation. Delivery and pickup conditions primarily apply to these types of products.
Delivery
We offer delivery in the Greater Montreal, South Shore, and North Shore areas.
We can also arrange delivery anywhere in Quebec, depending on the nature of the project and access conditions. We adapt the transport solution to your needs, even for projects located outside the greater metropolitan area.
Delivery is included when we also handle the installation.
For material-only orders, delivery is offered at a variable rate, depending on volume, glass dimensions, and access conditions. Fees are confirmed during the quote.
Delivery Conditions
Glass is securely packed, protected, and handled with care to ensure its integrity during transport.
Standard delivery includes unloading in an easily accessible area. Deliveries indoors, to upper floors, or under specific conditions must be reported in advance and may incur additional charges.
Delivery times vary by product and are confirmed at the time of order.
Receipt
Upon receipt, the customer must check the condition of the glass and packaging. Any anomaly must be reported immediately so that we can intervene quickly.
Pickup / Collection
Pickup is possible at our service points, depending on product availability and the nature of the order.

Orders without installation
If products are purchased without installation, the customer remains responsible for taking measurements, dimensions, required quantity, and the choice of components and hardware.
LumiSKLØ cannot be held responsible for measurement, selection, or quantity errors in this case.
Aluminum Products
Aluminum railings and ramps are only offered with installation.
Each project is fully managed, from preparation to final installation.
Delivery is therefore included in the service.
Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty on installation.
### Aluminum
Aluminum products benefit from a manufacturer's warranty of up to:
- 20 years on the structure
- 5 years on the finish (paint)
### Glass and Hardware
Our glass panels are certified compliant and free of defects upon delivery.
We offer a 1-year warranty on installation.
The hardware used is designed to withstand outdoor conditions, including anti-corrosion treatments.
Materials and hardware can benefit from long-term durability, with a warranty of up to 10 years depending on the components.
### Coatings (EPDM & Polygranite)
Our coatings are designed to offer excellent durability and resistance to Quebec's climatic conditions.
EPDM surfaces are known for their flexibility and resistance, especially against cracks, and can offer a lifespan of up to 25 years under normal use conditions.
Our coatings are covered by:
- 1 year on installation
- up to 10 years on materials
### General Conditions
The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
It does not cover:
- improper use
- installation by a third party
- normal wear and tear
- impacts or damage after installation
The validity of the warranty depends on compliance with installation and maintenance recommendations.
Returns
Products that have already been installed or used are neither returned nor refunded.
After installation, glass panels may show normal signs of handling, such as slight marks or micro-scratches, which makes them unsuitable for resale.
Returns may only be accepted for unused products, in their original condition, and after prior approval from our team.
In case of a defective product, please contact us promptly so that we can assess the situation and propose an appropriate solution.
